Mitzy von Mehren is an adorable 12 month old petite German Shepherd -- proof that smart shepherds can come in small packages and ready-made to sleep on even a twin-size bed.  This medium energy lass seems not to have been given much attention in her early life:  she likes her fellow canines but hasn't learned how to enjoy them in play, and she is shy and submissive towards humans.  We have rescued this kind of dog before, though, and know that her whole attitude and demeanor will change in a week or two, as she gets love and praise and grows in confidence.  Ask to meet Mitzy when you come to our facility so that you can see the difference for yourself.
